I allow my images and words to be used with photo credit, linked where applicable, in conjunction with Heartful magazine including digital and print production, social media promotion and any other promotion of the magazine hereafter. Photographer acknowledges that images may appear in conjunction with other photos, in separate mediums or platforms online (ie instagram reels, tiktok, pinterest, and other platforms that may arise) and authorizes the Heartful magazine and its representatives to use images as long as proper photo credit is given and forfeits all claims to any profits that may arise from such use of images in conjunction with the magazine. Photographer certifies by submitting images that they have a signed model release for all subjects, locations, and any intellectual property or other items appearing in photographs. The photographer is responsible for any expenses, damages, claims and legal costs arising out of any failure by the photographer to obtain any clearances for which she was responsible in respect of third party copyright works, model releases or anything else appearing in photographs submitted.
